NOBLESVILLE, Ind. — The man arrested at the Fishers branch of the HEPL Library was officially charged this morning. According to court records, 49-year-old Adam T. Crouch is being charged with one count of Disorderly Conduct. Police arrested Crouch at the HEPL Board Meeting on July 27th when he refused to leave after making multiple outbursts and slamming several books onto the ground. REAL News Central Indiana has learned Crouch was escorted out of a Library Board meeting in June for similar behavior.
Crouch is one of multiple people who have been attending HEPL Board meetings to harass board members who recently passed a policy that would remove pornographic material from the children’s sections of the library.
Earlier this week, RNCI published a story showing Crouch doesn’t even live in Hamilton County. In fact, he’s been traveling to the area from Johnson County, where he resides. RNCI also discovered Crouch was recently sued for paternity of his own child in Johnson County.

According to court records, the mother of Crouch’s child filed a petition to establish paternity in 2019. While it appears Crouch initially fought the petition, he eventually came to an agreement with the mother. The court established Crouch was the father in March of 2020. In April of 2020, an income withholding order was sent to his employer, UPS.
SOCIAL MEDIA RADICALISM
Crouch also appears to push a radical agenda on his social media accounts where he’s recently promoted drag shows for kids, National Orgasm Day and maintaining inappropriate material in children’s sections of libraries.
