INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — An Indianapolis based attorney appears to be attempting to assist in the cover-up of multiple crimes associated with an underground sex club in Indianapolis. However, REAL News has learned the lawyer himself appears to be a member of the sex club AND, according to confidential sources, allegedly took part in multiple sex parties hosted by a prostitute in the Indianapolis area.
Details about the underground sex club were uncovered earlier this year by 21-year-old college journalist Jacob Stewart. Stewart writes for the Indiana Commons, a college newspaper at IU Indianapolis.
BACKGROUND
The criminal incidents uncovered by Stewart were all connected to a “Fetish” social media website known as “Fetlife”. “Fetlife” has several subgroups based on specific fetishes and geographic location. Stewart first uncovered criminal acts within the Fetlife sex club known as “Indiana Kink” in March of 2024 with a leaked video showing one member being forced to make a video confession to a rape he had committed. That member was also a public school bus driver for Zionsville Community Schools and was subsequently fired from his job.
Shortly after Stewart uncovered the story about the rape confession, he was tipped off about another story regarding an IU Indianapolis employee who was also on Fetlife and a member of various underground sex clubs. It turns out, that employee appeared to be in a three way relationship with an IU Indianapolis student AND an actual prostitute who would host sex parties at different venues across the indianapolis area. In his story, Stewart identifies the IU employee and the prostitute, but chose not to identify the student. In fact, he never even attempted to contact the student out of concern she was the victim of sexual grooming by the IU employee and his prostitute paramour. Instead, he filed a Title IX complaint with the university as the relationship was clearly a violation of IU policy.
PROTECTIVE ORDER FILED
Despite never contacting or identifying the student in his story, in July, the student filed a Petition for an Order of Protection against Stewart. The petition falsely claimed Stewart had published nude photos of the student and that he had sent an email to IU staff causing her to be harassed and embarrassed (failing to mention the email was a formal Title IX complaint which is confidential). It turns out the student was being represented by an attorney by the name of Mark Nicholson, who is also a member of the “Fetlife” community, and, according to confidential sources, appears to have attended multiple sex parties hosted by the prostitute who was profiled in his story about the IU employee.
A screenshot of Nicholson’s Fetlife profile as well as text messages from a confidential source within the organization can be seen below. Nicholson for his part has denied attending any of the events.
A hearing on the Order of Protection was held on Monday in which a judge denied the petition, as Stewart obviously never stalked or harassed the student. Stewart represented himself in the case, while the student was represented by Nicolson, his co-counsel and two legal assistants during the hearing.
