KENDALLVILLE, Ind. — The parents of a “transgender” elementary school student have obtained a lawyer to threaten lawsuits against community members for speaking out against a situation in which a teacher allowed their child to give a lesson on gender to other 8 and 9-year-old kids in the classroom.
BACKGROUND
In February, a 2nd Grade teacher at South Side Elementary School in the East Noble School Corporation allowed a “transgender” child to give a lesson to his peers about gender, transgenderism and gender-fluidity.
REAL News Central Indiana spoke to a parent of a child who was in the class. (NOTE*** RNCI will not name that parent due to the possibility of identifying his child.) According to that parent, the teacher, Jennifer Roberts, had all of the children gather around so that a “transgender” child could explain to his classmates that he was “gender fluid” and what pronouns he would like to be called by. The “transgender” child then did a Q & A session with his peers in which he told the class his parents had told him he was transgender and gender-fluid.
The incident received immense backlash in the community, believing the topic was not age appropriate. According to the parent who spoke to RNCI, teacher Jennifer Roberts received a three day suspension.
The school district also sent a letter to parents, condemning the lesson. A screenshot of that letter was posted to social media by WOWO radio host Kayla Blakeslee in Fort Wayne.
“We understand that the topic of gender identity was not age appropriate or conducive to the developmental stage of our elementary students.” The letter reads in part. “We sincerely apologize for any discomfort or concern that may have arisen as a result of the discussion.”

TRANS STUDENT’S PARENTS SEEK LAWYER
Following immense public outcry, the parents of the “transgender” child recently sought out an attorney to attempt to silence any criticism of them or the school district.
In a letter obtained by RNCI, attorney Tamzin Cheshire is threatening to sue at least two community members who voiced their concerns about the incident on social media by claiming their comments amount to defamation. However, it appears nothing the community members stated was false or defamatory.

Attorney Cheshire also appears to be a radical political idealist who has worked to push leftist ideologies into schools throughout his legal career. One of his radical social media posts can be seen below.

UNHINGED, ABUSIVE PARENTS
According to sources, the parents of the “transgender” child have taken to social media to attack Christians and conservatives for their beliefs. RNCI has learned through sources at the school the mother goes by the name “River Song Kinship” on social media. Her husband goes by the name “Jade Kinship”. Below are just a few of their threatening and derogatory social media posts.
