BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — REAL News Central Indiana has learned the Monroe County Youth Services Bureau sponsored a drag show for kids in Bloomington. The events were part of the 10th annual Bloomington Pridefest that was held on Saturday, August 26t. According to the event’s website, the government social services department is listed as a sponsor for the hyper-sexualized event which also included Drag Queen Story Time.
Photos and videos show several kids in attendance for the drag shows involving grown men in women’s lingerie. “Performers” for the drag show used sexual names such as “Oliver Closeoff” (which sounds like “all of her clothes off”) and “Peter Von Teaser.”

According to the Monroe County Youth Services Bureau’s website, “Since 1972, the Youth Services Bureau has provided services to the citizens of Monroe County, Indiana in an effort to strengthen families, divert youth from the juvenile justice system, and foster positive youth development.
