EVANSVILLE, Ind. -- A man convicted of murdering an 11-month-old baby is seeking to have a sex change surgery paid for by the taxpayers of Indiana. Jonathan C. Richardson, 41, was convicted of strangling his 11-month-old step-daughter to death in Evansville in 2002. HAMILTON COUNTY, Ind. -- REAL News Central Indiana has discovered the journalist for the Hamilton County Reporter who is a convicted child molester is also a part owner of the newspaper. According to an article in The Reporter from December 31st, 2021, convicted child molester Stuart Clampitt took over ownership of the paper along with three other men at the beginning of last year. Clampitt was convicted of multiple charges including child molestation, sexual misconduct with a minor and child pornography between the years of 1996 and 2003. According to court records, his initial conviction involved a 15-year-old girl. Clampitt was 22-years-old at the time.

Teshka's two elementary school aged children were in the car with him at the time. The jury found Hill guilty of 3 counts of Criminal Recklessness and 1 count of Attempted Battery.

Crouch is being charged with one count of Disorderly Conduct. Police arrested Crouch at the HEPL Board Meeting on July 27th when he refused to leave after making multiple outbursts and slamming several books onto the ground.
